EVENT GUIDE

• To take the quiz, click on the Trivia link (above). To get the full experience, also open the Zoom link (above). It’s not required to join Zoom, but HIGHLY recommended as you’ll be able to interact with the host and other players. We’ll also be playing games for more prizes! Pro Tip: If you have 2 devices, it will make it easier to have the Trivia site and Zoom open at the same time.

• If you want to enter the costume contest or just have something interesting to share then post it in our Facebook Group. It's also fun to just check out the costumes and like everyone's pics!

• We will begin with a 3 minute countdown timer on the Trivia site signifying how long until Round 1 begins. ​The quiz will pause after each round and we’ll all meet up back in Zoom. ​The time between rounds will be approximately 10 minutes. Rounds 2 and 3 will not have a timer. They will begin by showing the current rankings and launch into questions – it’s up to you to be ready!

• You will have 25 seconds to answer each question, and they range from 100-200 points in value with the exception of a halftime question that is worth 500 and a final question that is worth 1,000 points. You will lose 1/5 of the value of the question for wrong answers. You will NOT lose points if you don't answer a question. The first question is a practice question and will not count towards your overall score. Answering faster will NOT earn you more points. 

• We strongly recommend using your home Wi-Fi rather than your phone’s data plan. The trivia site has been optimized for thousands of connections, so there shouldn't be any lag, but if there is it's on your end. Make sure you shut down all other programs (Netflix, Fortnite, etc.) ​
